What Can You Expect From Us?  Our Services
At My StoreFront we offer a variety of interactive consulting services designed to effectively increase traffic, sales,
and profits in your business.
 That's important but even more so, you'll learn how we did it in the short term so you can take
over and achieve the same results over the long term.  We don't use a "cookie cutter" approach.  We customize our
methods to fit the needs of your business.

We choose our Clients.  We use every practical media venue to recruit new Clients.  The results are phenomenal as we
are bombarded with requests for information about our services.  But ultimately we decide who we can help.  We have to.  
We only have so much time and we focus our energies on Clients with whom we believe we will have long term
relationships.

We are approached by four basic types of prospective Clients and we have different levels of service for each except one:

  • Those who can
  • Those who don't
  • Those who can't
  • Those who won't

Those Who Can are Clients who want to change the way they're doing business because what they're doing is not
working.  They're willing to change; they're willing to seek help; and they're willing to act.  Once we finish our work, we're
there for them when they need us.

Those Who Don't are Clients who simply don't listen.  We can remind them to maintain their power numbers, to update
their marketing plan benchmarks, or the importance of greeting their employees every now and then, but they never seem
to internalize it.  They're usually too busy or too disorganized to take advice, yet in the end they do understand the
importance of it.

While these Clients can be frustrating to deal with, we do make some small, slow progress over time.  After enough
repetition or, worse still, unnecessary financial loss, these Clients ultimately find out the importance of our advice.  Our job
is to make it as easy as possible for them to help themselves.  We attempt to automate as much of their data entry and
reporting systems as possible.  We provide them with the most critical power numbers to keep them on track.  Once we
finish our work, we're there for them when they need us again...and again.

Those Who Can't  We also encounter those who can't take our advice.  They want to do the right thing, but they are
constrained by lack of finances or lack of authority over purchasing.

The financial pressures may be too great to make large capital investments until some form of income is created.  Here,
too, we can be effective.  We recognize that this Client is not ignoring our advice out of spite.  They simply don't have the
capability to use all our advice at the current time.  Our work here is measured, our strategies focused, and our work is
never finished until we've helped our Client reach their comfort level.

Those Who Won't  Sorry, can't help you.  If you're looking for a Yes man, a scapegoat, or another trophy for your consultant
showcase, please do not contact us.  We're not interested.

    your plate so that you can focus on what you do best.
